Come as you are.
Trauma-informed, person-centered therapy in Squamish, BC.
Whether this whole therapy thing is new to you or you’re a seasoned pro … I would be honoured to work with you and share in your experiences, while helping to guide you through the waters.
– Nora
Hi, I’m Nora.
I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) living and working in the beautiful coastal mountain town of Squamish, BC. When I’m not working, you can find me playing in the mountains, spending time with my family, cooking, running, listening to music, making art, and losing the battle with my veggie garden. I also run a small local art business on the side.
I offer sessions both in-person in Squamish and online. I work with children ages 5+, teenagers, and adults who might be navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, social problem-solving, self-esteem, stress, anger, grief, and depression.
My work with kids and teens stems from a creative, trauma-informed approach that integrates art, play, and sandtray therapies to help them safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and actions in a welcoming, curious, and fun environment.
When working with adults, I come from the same trauma-informed and creative place, infused with evidence-based tools, modalities, and talk therapy. I offer a collaborative and open-minded space for folks to explore their sense of self while building resilience and self-trust.
I welcome you to book a free 15-minute consultation call at the button below to see if you feel we’d make a good fit working together.
